Alex Jordyn Interiors provides interior design services, including space planning, furniture and material selection, styling, and virtual consultations. Services do not include structural, electrical, plumbing, or general contractor work unless explicitly agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, preparing the space, and communicating decisions in a timely manner. Design plans and materials are conceptual and for design intent only; all intellectual property remains with the Designer. A retainer or deposit may be required to begin work, and additional services or third-party purchases may be billed separately. Purchases above a specified threshold require client approval, though clients may also purchase independently at their own risk. Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing, and cancellation policies, including any non-refundable deposits, will be communicated upfront. The Designer is not liable for delays, damages, or defects caused by suppliers, contractors, or third parties. Clients are responsible for maintaining insurance and obtaining any necessary permits. These Terms of Services are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes will first be addressed through mediation.
